  • Your name, company, and role

4. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe content on firsttechnologygroup.com infringes your copyright, submit a notice to contact@firsttechnologygroup.com (subject: ‘DMCA Takedown Notice’). Under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative

  6. A perjury statement confirming accuracy and authority to act

We aim to respond to valid, complete notices within 3 business days and take appropriate action promptly.

5. Counter-Notification

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous URL
  3. A perjury statement of good-faith belief that removal was due to mistake or misidentification
